Terms and Conditions for
Oz Media Global Pte Ltd (Operating as 20x Agency)

Welcome to 20x Agency, a brand operated by Oz Media Global Pte Ltd (we, us, or our). These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Oz Media Global Pte Ltd is a business registered in Singapore, and these Terms are governed by Singapore law, applicable to our global client base.

1. General Information

  • Business Entity: Oz Media Global Pte Ltd, operating as 20x Agency, is a digital content agency registered and operating under Singapore law, providing social media content, planning, production, and management services to clients worldwide.
  • Services Provided: These Terms cover all services offered by 20x Agency, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, and strategic consulting.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms, and any additional policies or amendments. Oz Media Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

3. Service Scope and Client Obligations

  • Services Provided: The scope of services provided will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement between 20x Agency and the client.
  • Client Obligations: Clients agree to provide all necessary content, information, and cooperation required for 20x Agency to fulfill its obligations.
  • Communication: Communication between 20x Agency and clients will be conducted via email, phone, or video conferencing as agreed upon during the onboarding process.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All service fees are outlined in the individual Service Agreement signed by the client. Fees are in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms, including due dates and installment options, are detailed in the Service Agreement.
  • Late Payment: Late payments may result in interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Content: The client retains ownership of any content provided to 20x Agency. By providing content, the client grants Oz Media Global Pte Ltd a license to use, edit, and publish the content as needed to provide services.
  • Agency Content: Oz Media Global Pte Ltd retains ownership of all content, frameworks, and methodologies created by our team. Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited license to use this content for the purposes agreed upon.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: While 20x Agency strives to provide the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased follower counts or direct sales increases.
  • Liability Cap: Oz Media Global Pte Ltd's liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Any fees paid in advance are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
  • Termination by Agency: Oz Media Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct deemed inappropriate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through mediation. Should mediation fail, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
